Asana, or yoga postures is an ancient technology that can be used to regulate the nervous system in order to gain greater access to the energetic body. Yoga can also help to diagnose areas that feel crowded or blocked so that we can be more dynamic in our approach to healing.

As a certified yoga teacher with years of experience working with a vast array of shapes and sizes, Karlene knows no two bodies are alike, nor should we expect them to move similarly. Karlene has the ability to support your body in a variety of shapes and forms. Private sessions with Karlene are perfect for all BODIES from reluctant beginners to the experienced student with potential limitations due to injury, illness, surgery, aging or any perceived obstacle.
